Lance Davis completed two years of work towards his B.A. in political science at the University of South Florida and went on to finish the last two years at the University of Southern Maine.
Upon graduating in 2004, Lance completed USM’s ‘Extended Teacher Education Program’ and was an intern at both Wells and York High Schools in 2005. He joined the Base36 team the following year.
Lance manages three recruiters as well as consultant/client relations and consultant retention.
In his spare time, Lance can be found with his family, sailing florida bcbs benefits
, skiing, mountain biking, hunting, or playing poker.
