Recruiting Manager
Kristen Stover joined Base36 in January 2012 as a technical recruiter. Prior to working with us, she was employed by Crawford & Company as both a Property Claims Adjuster and as a Catastrophe Estimate Reviewer. She got her start in the insurance industry with detox coverage Patriot Insurance Company where she worked for three years, from 2007 to 2010, as a Multi Lines Claims Adjuster. She is currently balancing her Base36 duties with classes at Southern New Hampshire University.
As a technical recruiter, Kristen works to find the ideal addiction
candidates to place in a variety of technical roles. She is involved in every step of the recruiting process, from sourcing to interviewing, and makes decisions as to whether or not a candidate should be put into contact with a client company.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys painting, traveling, skiing, playing dominoes and spending time with her family and dog, Olive.
