We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, improving efficiency, and achieving organizational objectives.

Job Location: Jaipur (onsite)
Shift: 7pm – 4am IST (night shift)
5 days working and Sat- Sun fixed off.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven track record of successfully managing operational activities.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between employees and maintaining healthy relationship.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
Maintaining report and administrative work.
