Responsibilities: -
· Assist
in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation
of the business
· Organizing,
attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
· Documenting
and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
· Preparing
necessary presentation materials for meetings.
· Ensuring
project deadlines are met.
· Provide
recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to
increased performance
· Coordinates
with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
· Negotiate
procurement with contractors and suppliers
· Providing
administrative support as needed
· Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels
Basic
Qualifications include:
· Bachelor's
degree in business or related field of study.
· 0-2
years of experience in professional business environment
· Competency
in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
· Strong
organizational and time management skills
· Ability
to work efficiently with minimal supervision
