1) We Listen – First we find out exactly what you’re looking for. This process can take hours or minutes, depending on your needs and desires. As we learn what these needs are, we customize our future communication to you based upon the details in which you have interest. We also learn about your team. We understand that just because skills match, personalities may not.

2) We Seek – Based upon our initial conversations, we meticulously sift through thousands of candidates in our databases to narrow our search to dozens of near matches that meet your technical needs.

3) We Research – We then bring each of our near-matches through our time tested assessment process. In the course of our rigorous series of interviews and technical screenings, we learn and record a candidate’s technical strengths and weaknesses as well as their personality traits. The data we compile from the candidate’s references and our own direct conversation is then compiled into an easy to digest format.

4) We Recommend – Once we feel the candidate has met our high expectations and your strict criteria, we share a compilation of our research with you. We will bring you a small number of matches that we filtered from a large pool of applicants. For each candidate we will list honest and accurate descriptions of their strengths and weaknesses. How do we do this? Because, by the time we pass a candidate to you, we will have spent many hours getting to know that candidate as both a resource and a person.
