Successfully set-up new and used multi-functional output products, and printers in our in-house shop environment 

Troubleshoot and recondition used equipment for rental and resale 

Ability to change tasks based on the priority and availability of equipment 

Attend training classes for certification on vendor models and retain information to increase knowledge and efficiencies 

Achieve the Outward Associate certification 

Exceed the expectations of the client by having a passion for customer service and the desire to create “raving fans” 

Understanding of basic networking fundamentals 

Become efficient with internal tools

Deliver/install equipment and accessories as scheduled to meet client commitments 

Perform a daily vehicle inspection to ensure safe trucking operations 

Maintain a clean driving record as required by DOT

Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

At least 21 years of age 

Have a valid US driver’s license 

Do not have a conviction for DUI (drug or alcohol related) in the past 5 years 

Able to pass the DOT Drug screen and DOT Physical
