Compensation Analyst

Principal duties/Roles and responsibilities:
Our Maine-based client is looking for a consultant to work remotely as part of their HR Team. This position is for a Compensation Analyst and the role will involve reviewing job descriptions and creating benchmark data as well as using their internal HR system to review and compare data. This is a data-heavy role.

Required Skills/Must Have:
Excellent Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Very detail-oriented 
Must be able to review materials, make deductions, and document information as needed
Previous HR background is preferred if possible or previous experience in Accounting

Nice to Have:
Compensation experience is a bonus
