Senior Implementation Manager
A day in the life: 
The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for the delivery and installation of products to clients with hands-on implementation of technical solutions, from initiation through delivery. This position will schedule and coordinate key activities with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure the solution implementation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.
Implement platform(s) by managing, leading, and performing hands-on configuration
Develop and maintain project plans, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management
Ensure standard methodologies are applied
Develop and maintain project documentation templates/standard processes 
Provide guidance and implementation expertise on how client business operations and/or decision-making framework can be improved through technology solutions
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Design and execute cutover plans for complex customer processes involving multiple functions and/or systems
Possess a thorough knowledge of the use and impact of IT on client’s businesses and industries and identify potential risks or business opportunities
Critical liaison between the development team and clients ensuring all milestones and technical project requirements are achieved on schedule and surpassing client expectations
Facilitate client software enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
Escalate software gaps, enhancement requests, and bugs to the product manager and/or development team
Review modifications made by the development team and perform QA and UAT
Coordinate overall testing, draw conclusions, and raise issues from testing results; Communicate with the project stakeholders
Develop and conduct client product training sessions/webinars. 
Support clients through the annual state, federal, and global government regulated reporting cycles
Manage project teams to provide exceptional service to the customer 
Lead the timely resolution of any project related issues by leveraging the appropriate mix of resources; Coordinate and communicate activities with project stakeholders
Participate in components of sales presentation deliverable activities
Must haves: 
5 – 8 years’ experience in a SaaS or other high-tech environment
5 – 8 years’ experience in project management and implementing software solutions
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred 
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice to have: 
Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Zendesk, and Smartsheet a plus
PMP certification
