Our Westbrook, ME client is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Engineering and Maintenance to be responsible for all facilities tech and engineering across the globe. This will involve leading a team of Engineers and supporting maintenance operations and capital improvement projects. This involves developing technical specs for construction projects, equipment maintenance, BAS, technical support of global emergency repairs, and more!

• 15+ years Operational, Engineering, and Maintenance 

• 7+ years Management 

• BS in Engineering 

• PM experience

• Facilities background (HVAC, boilers, chillers)

• Strong leadership skills 

• MS Office 

• AutoCAD and BIM

• CMRP

• Background in biotech / pharma / healthcare
