This is a good fresh college grad, or someone with 1-2 years of experience.  Must have some programming background.

Can be filled by people that want to be pigeon holed, or can be filled by people that want growth.  Idexx can accommodate both sorts of individuals.

Core language is PHP.  

Past PHP experience is really not required.
