Compunnel, Inc is hiring for Legal Executive - Contract

- Designation: Executive - Legal (Contract)
- Shift timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
- Work Location: Noida (Onsite)
- Saturday Sunday Fixed Offs.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Legal Research
2. Contract Drafting - Prepare Agreement/SOW/NDA
3. Contract Review and Negotiation- to safeguard interests of Compunnel
4. Experience in dealing with USA Contracts for MSP/VMS client in IT and Healthcare Industry
5. Knowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminology Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality etc.
6. Ability to pin-point and verify that the T&C are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
7. Liaison with State Government in USA and Canada on various types of requests from the internal department(s).
8. Effectively Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders inside and outside the Company.
9. Clearly explain contract terminology in simple language to relevant business stakeholders and Client(s)
10. Proofread, edit and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and Consistency with terms agreed with relevant business stakeholder and client.
11. Ability to identify legal issues and or problems related to customer complaints and client concerns.
